Q:  What are Measures A and X?

A: Voting YES on A&X improves school safety by upgrading emergency communications systems, security lighting, and controlled entry fencing, alarms and cameras at every local middle and high school campus.

Q: Were parents and the community consulted?

A: Yes! Parents, teachers and the community prioritized: repairing classrooms and leaky roofs; providing safe, clean drinking water; replacing outdated electrical, heating and air conditioning systems; and removing lead paint, mold, and asbestos as needs to be addressed by voting YES on A&X.

Q:  How do I know our schools will really get the money from Measures A&X?  

A: By law, every dime from Measures A&X funds are legally required to be used ONLY for  our local schools and cannot be taken by Sacramento politicians. This is a vote for OUR kids and OUR community!
